I've been using this place for a few years. They usually get the job done fine, but they've lately started using a call center to schedule appointments, and now nearly every time I make one I get a follow up call from them telling me that slot isn't available. It's never their fault, there's never anything they can do, etc. I've had the same issue with coupons I get in the mail. I'll try and redeem them and one guy starts huffing and puffing about how they never agreed to take them. Today, I make an oil change appointment and get the usual story about how there's no availability. Fine. Then the guy tells me I'm unrealistic for thinking I could get it done same day? I ONLY ACCEPTED THE APPOINTMENT I WAS OFFERED. This place seriously needs to get on the same page with the call center. This isn't just a problem you shrug your shoulders at and recommend the customer be more realistic.

Miguel and the team were so helpful repairing my tire. The professionalism and graciousness to take my car in last minute was some of the kindest guest service I have received in a very long time.

My brakes failed unexpectedly as I was driving into Providence for an event. I was on a pretty tight deadline and also needed my car for a long road trip the next day, Monro fixed everything and I made it to my event on time. I am so very grateful they were available to help when I needed them and were honest with me about what my car required for me to be safe on the road.

I had an issue with an out of date safety inspection leading to a suspended registration. I hadn’t gotten any notices from the DMV because they’d all been sent to the wrong address and I was completely out of my depth figuring out the administrative end of things and stressed. Miguel got me in for a next day safety inspection and went out of his way to talk me through it and explain exactly what I needed to do, professionally and without any judgement. I was incredibly grateful.
